DIRECTOR
Rob is proud to have been at the helm of Tanbry Construction, which has grown from its foundation in 1994 to to become a trusted and well-respected building company. Under his management, Tanbry has an excellent record for on-time, in-budget project delivery. It offers the latest, most eco-friendly building solutions while retaining the benefit of a long-standing business with an established core of directly-employed tradespeople.
Rob brings with him a vast amount of experience when it comes to construction knowhow and he will ensure that the project maintains the highest of standards that are expected with such a prestigious address.
DIRECTOR
Locally-born, Richard has the drive and passion to develop projects that deliver results. He is a man who can draw on his wealth of experience to ensure that schemes move from ideas and concepts, to physical reality.
Richard is a director of a number of businesses, and has a demonstrable track record of success. He is a consummate professional who works hard to ensure that a goal is reached; he knows how to solve a puzzle.
Richard is very proud of his roots in the Mansfield area and is keen to ensure that High Oakham Park is brought back to life in a special way.
DIRECTOR
Construction director Adrian Yeomans is a man with a vision. A local man who has in his career run his own successful joinery and building company and worked with national contractors.
A highlight was working with the world-renowned architect Sir Norman Foster on a project in Nottingham in 2004.
Adrian sees High Oakham Park as a personal mission.
It was in April 2014 that he discovered the house and land was for sale and it was he who first fell in love with location. He envisaged the creation of a unique place to live, where the gardens were cherished and the homes designed to meet modern requirements.
DIRECTOR
Tim is a astute and successful businessman, who also hails from the Mansfield area. When his friend Adrian first introduced him to High Oakham Park, Tim could see the potential for creating something special.
With a eye for marketing, Tim knew the site would sell itself. Its history, its location and a shared vision of creating somewhere like nowhere else in the area, are all valuable attributes.
His creative mind allows Tim to think about what can be done. Tim, like his colleagues, has worked on many different projects. But he knows that this select development is like no other.
